This Christmas Give the Gift of Sweet Sleep
This past Summer, Sweet Sleep began a partnership with Health Alert-Uganda, an organization on the ground in the war torn region of Gulu which has had a significant impact on orphans. Health-Alert Uganda is an organization that is committed to providing care and support services for children who are infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Sweet Sleep was able to see first-hand the hope, love and life the provision of a bed, mosquito net and bible brought to these hurting children. 470 children were helped by the program this summer, but we left knowing that quick action is needed to save the lives of the 2,500 remaining children in the Health-Alert Uganda program who wait anxiously for these gifts of life.
Sweet Sleep’s goal for this Christmas is to provide a “Bed Kit” to each of the remaining 2,500 children in the program. A kit is made up of a bed, mosquito net, blanket and bible. Overall we need you to help us raise the $125,000 to help these orphaned and vulnerable children experience the hope, love and life that we enjoy every day.
