Mission Projects
MISSION PROJECTS FOR CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, AND OTHER GROUPS
BUILD-A-BED
Build-a-Ben is a program that aims to connect kids with the struggles felt by those in need and invites them to take up offerings and see how many beds they can provide while learning about the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children.
NICKELS FOR NETS
Nickels for Nets is a challenging, educational, and fun program to get kids involved with our mission to provide life-saving mosquito nets for orphaned and vulnerable children in malaria-affected areas.
PAJAMA JAM
Sweet Sleep Pajama JAM! is a fun, easy event for birthday parties, slumber parties, missions nights at church, or special projects at school where kids are invited to raise funds and provide beds to the vulnerable and orphaned children of Uganda.
INSOMNIA
Insomnia is a Sweet Sleep program that invites teenagers to stay up all night and experience the lack of comfortable sleep millions of orphans suffer every day. Afterward, they are encouraged to persuade their friends and families to support the cause by providing beds to children living in poverty.
UNDER THE STARS
Our “Under the Stars” lock-out event is designed for high school and college students to experience what the night is like for orphaned and vulnerable children in Uganda after the war. As they prepare to sleep, looking up at the stars, teenagers will hear the stories of children and young adults just like them who are sleeping under the same sky.
THE SWEET SLEEP FAMILY EXPERIENCE
The Sweet Sleep Family Experience is a program designed to bring families together and introduce them to the struggles felt by the world’s orphaned and vulnerable children. The program can be used by churches to engage their families remotely, or by individual families who are simply looking for fun and impactful mission projects for their kids.
